CANCELLATION POLICY
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Appointments may only be rescheduled once. Any additional changes will require a new deposit. • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or appointment cancellation (fees may apply). • No children or additional guests are permitted unless being serviced.
